Why Change My Lifestyle

Hola folks!  Hope your day was good.  I thought I would use today’s submission to talk about why I am doing this and I thought it would be a good idea since I am still awaiting the arrival of my scale.  Tracking information indicates my new scale will arrive tomorrow.  I cannot wait to get started, anyway, on to the good stuff.  I have to admit I have spent a lot of money buying every supplement you can think of for weight loss over the years.  I bought everything, Xenadrine, when it still had ephedra, hydroxycut, Lipo 6 and the list goes on and on.  I do have to admit, I really loved the products made by Biotest.  You just had to buy so many different types of the supplements and the program was not easy to follow.  At this point I just want something simple and easy, but it has to work most importantly.

That being said I still buy my all-time favorite energy drink Spike when I can find it.  Spike is the ultimate energy in a can (that’s what I think anyways).  Spike has no sugar, zero calories, keeps you focused, and keeps you up all day.  The early versions of the Spike came in a tablet form and were especially phenomenal; you could stay up for days on them.  I am not saying that I was safely using the products but when you work 12 midnight to 8 AM you just need something to keep you going.

You know some of the weight loss products I took produced some decent results but only when they were combined with a lot, and I mean a lot of exercise.  The question that I always wonder is did the product really help or was it the exercise? I tend to believe it was the exercise.

Either way each of the products claim to burn fat and promote weight loss.  In my opinion, these products may have produced great results for some but I know as far as I am concerned they were not a permanent fix for me.  I just always seemed to gain the weight back as soon as I stopped exercising. I don’t know about you but I am not into exercise very much any more. I think it is just part of getting older my joints hurt after staying still to long and my hands even swell if I do a lot of work requiring their constant use. This makes post mechanic work extremely painful for me.  Thank goodness for ibuprofen.

Exercising in my mind is truly only one part of the answer. You have to eat healthy and make it a life style change.  What I am doing is not a diet it is an experiment that focuses on changing what how I eat and what I put into my body.  To do this though, I will need a program that is easy, simple to commit to, and produces the results I want without exercising like a pro-athlete.  I know I have found the right recipe and I want to prove it over the next 30 days.  I hope you continue to follow me as I continue to share my experiences on this journey. Lets explore what a shake and a total control tablet two times a day can accomplish with no exercise.
